Liverpool: details in design

This illustrative story captures the architectural details of older houses throughout the village of Liverpool. Features like friezes, cupolas and porticoes were among the different structures of focus and contributed to each subject's character. Houses on Sycamore and Second streets spotlight the original Gleason homes and consist of Greek revival, Queen Anne and older Victorian styles. The photographer experimented with different times of day to best capture assorted details of the buildings.
